  • Architecture Offline-first, no cloud lock-in. Systems have to keep working when connectivity does not.
  • Feedback Direct operator feedback loops guide what gets built. The distance between you and the end user is one conversation.
  • Team Small and senior, with autonomy and rapid iteration. You own outcomes, not tickets.
  • Terms Equity participation, mission bonus, and flexible deployment schedules.

Contract ML / RF Scientist

Own the signal-to-detection inference pipeline. Optimize denoising, estimation, and model compression for edge devices.

  • ▹ Experience with RF signal datasets and SDR or embedded capture hardware.
  • ▹ Familiar with the RF-based human sensing literature and model families.
  • ▹ Comfortable with PyTorch, quantization, and deployment on Pi/Jetson.
